Create and grow myself and my business at the same time.  Make my own appointments, keep my own file records, never be told off for misfiling paper work or the direction I staple a piece of filing, never be blamed for other's mistakes or belittled to clients, never be told I'm too sick to be at work. I never have to miss a school date, I never have to worry about baby sitters. I can be here for my aging family and I can enjoy the time I have with my kids while they're at home.
